We had an amazing stay here. The gardens were lovely, and the bungalows were spotless and had some great special touches. The service was absolutely incredible. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond our expectations. They arranged a boat tour for us, and the driver even met us and took us to the boat. The breakfast was outstanding and served in a lovely rooftop restaurant with sunset views. The hotel is in a quiet area close to the river but still near the center and all the restaurants. We also loved that they provided free bicycles to explore this city.
No complaints.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! the attention to detail was superb - from the little nuances in the room like sweets in a stupa container, to the bamboo slippers and decorations made by the locals, everything was just perfect. Secondly, the staff team of 11 ladies were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Lastly, the location of this hotel was ideal, situated in a quiet area but still close to the main attractions. We loved having our own balcony with a beautiful view, and the delicious breakfast served every morning was a fantastic way to start our day.
No complaints whatsoever, our stay was flawless!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The shower/bathroom area was a highlight and the bed with duvet covers was extra cozy. The hotel is conveniently located near the jetties for boat trips and provides a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The lush garden setting and the great open-air resto/bar upstairs allowed for beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was always more than I could eat and the choice of western and local food was great. it was an excellent experience.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

Enjoyed Easter weekend here. Loved the free bikes to explore around, made it easy to get to nearby markets and sights. the welcoming fruit basket in the room was a nice touch too. the location was great, with easy access to local restaurants.
It was hard to get a decent night's sleep with the constant sounds throughout the night.

You won't be disappointed with the cozy and charming bungalows, with local sourced furniture and beautiful bathrooms. Location is fantastic, as you're only a short walk away from the bustling streets with restaurants, or the serene river where you can take a boat ride. the staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast spread is delicious, with exotic fruits and tasty juice. You'll want to come back just for the amazing rooftop bar.
Although there is not much to dislike at this wonderful getaway, the sound of roosters early in the morning may wake you up before you want to.

We had a fantastic stay at a quiet and peaceful spot near a beautiful lake. The rooms were wonderfully decorated and had a relaxing vibe. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist us with renting bikes and arranging boat tours. Breakfast was delicious and the bike rental was a bonus.
We would have preferred fly screens on more windows as it would have allowed us to open windows for a fresh breeze. the brakes on the free bikes didn't work properly, leading to safety concerns.
